Ride from Manhattan to Dyker Heights with an English-speaking guide, stroll past giant nutcrackers and glowing Santas, then return to Rockefeller Center. Guides Bryant and Monty have both been part of recent tours, adding humor and professional care to the evening.

“We were really disappointed in this tour for multiple reasons. The guides specifically asked anyone if they had reservations for anything after the tour and we informed him we had a photo reservation at Rockefeller Tree at 9:20p (tour was scheduled to end at 9). They said they’d do their best to accommodate, but we didn’t get back until 10p and didn’t get to take the photo. Also, there was a general lack of enthusiasm, organization, and structure to the tour, from the time we boarded the bus until drop off. For what we paid, I expected much better service.”
