“Dont waste your money. Our children were forced to use helmets from lost and found and only AFTER I refused to let them ski without helmets like the guide wanted. They didn’t arrange for us to make sure we had skis so the place made a special accommodation for us for a couple hours. When we asked for our money back since we had a partial day without some equipment. We asked for a partial refund and were denied in the rudest phone call of my life. And they were late in picking us up.”
